For your reference; the crate shown here is 31 x 25 x 13cm (for sizing guide only). To apply, peel off the white/blue backing sheet carefully, leaving the clear carrier sheet with the label. Align the label with the surface and press it down. Please ensure it's correctly positioned, as repositioning is not possible once applied. Gently rub the label to ensure it adheres securely.

Our labels are made from permanent vinyl and are water-resistant, ensuring they will last through the holiday season and beyond. They are perfect for adding that personal touch to your Christmas Eve crate.

We package and ship all of our products in protective packaging for maximum protection, ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition every time.

Delivery Policy

Your order usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive within the United Kingdom. Kindly be advised that any Personalised or Custom Orders have extended processing times of up to 3-7 days. 

You will receive an email notification when tracking information is added. Your order will be dispatched as soon as it's ready. You can track your order using the tracking information provided.

Delivery is Free of charge for all destinations within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) when you spend £10+, otherwise delivery is £8.95. 

Please consider that whilst every effort is made on our part to dispatch your order on time, we have no control over the efficiency or reliability of Royal Mail, Evri or any other carriers that we may use, which means that our delivery times should be seen as estimates only.

Priority Processing. Get it fast—ships next-day.

Orders must be placed by 3 PM and you MUST select Priority Processing at checkout to get it faster with priority processing, and your order will be shipped the following day (excl. weekends and bank holidays). Subject to stock availability.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, we will happily exchange or refund any unused items within 14 days of receipt.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sold, including all original packaging. The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility, and postage will be refunded at the discretion of WinsterCreations™.

We ask you to check your order as soon as you receive it. If you do not inform us within 14 days of receiving your order, you will not be entitled to a refund or an exchange.

If, for any reason, your goods have been damaged in transit within 14 days of receiving your order, we will either refund your goods or replace them, if the item is in stock, once the original goods have been returned to us.
